Emailing Rosters
Roster email will help you communicate with your customers who've booked a particular event. Some ways you can think about using this feature to your advantage:
What does this feature do?
This feature allows you to schedule an email or send an immediate email to a roster of a specific event.
How can I use this feature?
To use this feature, follow the steps below:
- From your Occasion Workspace, click on "Calendar" from the sidebar menu.
- Click on the Event you want to notify the roster.
- Once the Event window opens, click the "Message" tab and select the "New Message" button and click "Send Email".
- Here you will be able to customize:
- The Sending Account
- The Subject Line
- The Message Contents
- You can choose to "Send now" or Schedule to send your message later.

Common Questions:
- Is there a way for to see, what I have I scheduled so far? - Yes, click on Reports from the sidebar menu, scroll to the bottom of the page, and select Roster Emails. Here, you’ll see a list of all emails that have been sent or are scheduled.
- To view scheduled messages for a specific event, click on the event from your calendar workspace, then select Messages. The schedule will appear in the top left section of the message window.
- Can I modify an email that's already scheduled? - Yes, you can edit scheduled messages for a specific event. Click on the event, then select Messages. Click Edit to customize your message.
- Can I see Roster emails that have been sent? - Yes, to view all your messages for a specific event, click on the event from your calendar workspace, then select Messages.
Alternatively go to Reports > Roster Emails, and you can see all roster emails sent.
