Walkthrough of the Workspace Calendar (Video)

In this video, you'll see an overview of the functions of your Occasion Workspace calendar.

To access your Workspace calendar, click on the "Calendars" link on the sidebar menu. From the Calendars page, you can see and manage your Occasion calendar.

Here are some of the things you can do:

• Choose how you'd like to see your backend calendar using the filtering options at the top.
• See details about specific time slots including your roster by clicking on a time slot.
• Change the date/time of a time slot by clicking on an event and selecting "Edit" from the "Time Slot" section.
