Manage your Account

You can easily update your Account information and settings from the  My Account screen.


Account Information

  1. Once you have logged in, click “Settings" in the upper-right corner.
  2. From the drop-down click "My Account".
  3. Under Account Information, enter the new email address.
  4. Enter your existing password.
  5. Click "Save Changes".


Account Owner Settings

  1. Once you have logged in, click “Settings" in the upper-right corner.
  2. From the drop-down click "My Account".
  3. Under Account Owner Settings, edit 
    1. Name
    2. Language
    3. Time Zone
  4. Click "Save Changes".


Business Information

  1. Once you have logged in, click “Settings" in the upper-right corner.
  2. From the drop-down click "My Account".
  3. Under Business information, edit 
    1. Business logo
    2. Business name
    3. Business type
    4. Currency 
    5. Tax percentage
    6. Monthly sales goal
  4. Click "Save Changes".


Integrations

  1. Once you have logged in, click “Settings" in the upper-right corner.
  2. From the drop-down click "My Account".
  3. Under Integrations, edit 
    1. API login
    2. API secret
    3. Facebook Page URL
  4. Click "Save Changes".

Email Notifications

  1. Once you have logged in, click “Settings" in the upper-right corner.
  2. From the drop-down click "My Account".
  3. Under Email Notifications, you can activate/deactivate
    1. Reminder emails: Business owners have the ability to send an email reminder to customers notifying them of their upcoming appointment or reservation. The customer email reminder is sent 48 hours before the start of the service. For example,
      1. A customer books your service  for  April 14 at 1pm
      2. The customer will receive an automatic email reminder on April 12 at 1pm reminding them of their reservation.
    2. Weekly sales emails: Occasion sends a weekly sales email to admin users. The weekly notification is sent when an account has received at least one order in the past week. It is sent every Sunday at 12pm (CST), recapping the performance of the previous week. It includes the following metrics:
      1. Total Orders Completed in the past week.
      2. Total Orders Projected for the next year based on past performance.
      3. Total Sales in the past week.
      4. Total Sales Projected for the next year based on past performance.
      5. Overall Sales Completed through Occasion.
  4. Click "Save Changes".

Account Cancellation

  1. Once you have logged in, click “Settings" in the upper-right corner.
  2. From the drop-down click "My Account".
  3. Under Account Cancellation, you will see instructions on how to cancel your account.
