Manage Your Workspace

You can easily update your workspace information and settings from the "Your Account" screen.


Your Account

  1. Once you have logged in, click “Settings" on the left floating navigation bar.
  2. Click "Your Account"
  3. Under Account Details, enter:
    1. Full Name
    2. Email
    3. Mobile Number
  4. Under "Password"

a. Enter your existing password, and then enter your new password

  1. Click the "Save" button

  1. Under "Preferences":
    1. Customize your event Roster by Clicking "customize" and toggle on or off the information you would like to see in your Roster
    2. Set your Business Goal by setting a monthly sales target and track progress toward it.
  2. Under "Notifications"
    1. Configure when you want to receive email notifications
    2. Enable text notifications by clicking the "Enable text notification" button and typing in your phone number.



Your Business

  1. Once you have logged in, click “Settings" 
  2. Select "Your Business"
  3. Under Business Info, edit:    
    1. Business Name
    2. Business Type
  4. Under Appearance, edit:
    1. Business Logo

  1. Click "Customer Contact"
  2. Under Contact Details, edit:
    1. Business Phone Number
    2. Business Email Address
    3. Email Signature

  1. Click "Customer Credit"
  2. Under Account Credits Expiration, edit"
    1. Expiration date
  3. Under Referral Rewards, edit:
    1. Referral reward amount
    2. Expiration date
  4. Under Gift Card Expiration, edit:
    1. Expiration date

Campaigns

  1. Once you have logged in, click “Settings" 
  2. Click "Campaigns"
  3. Under Email campaigns, toggle:    
    1. Reminder Emails
    2. Recover lost bookings
  4. Under Referral Rewards, toggle and edit:
    1. Referral reward amount
    2. The expiration date
  5. Under Generate Positive Reviews online, toggle, and edit:
    1. The URL where customers can place their feedback

Integrations

  1. Once you have logged in, click on “Settings" from the sidebar menu 
  2. Select "Intergrations".
  3. Under Payment System,
  • Connect to a payment gateway of choice by clicking "Activate ⚡" and follow the prompts

  1. Under Ad Tracking and Analytics, Click "Customize"
  • Toggle the various data tracking tools to improve your marketing strategy by using campaign performance data


Advanced Settings

  1. Once you have logged in, click on “Settings" from the sidebar menu 
  2. Select "Advanced Settings"
  3. Under Default Sales tax rate, edit:   
    1. Sales Tax Rate in percent
  4. Under Fee markup toggle:
    1. A fixed percentage extra charge on the order total
  5. Under Calendar Collision, toggle:
    1. The switch that disables conflicting time slots shown to customers.
