Manage Your Workspace
You can easily update your workspace information and settings from the "Your Account" screen.
Your Account
- Once you have logged in, click “Settings" on the left floating navigation bar.
- Click "Your Account"
- Under Account Details, enter:
- Full Name
- Mobile Number
- Under "Password"
a. Enter your existing password, and then enter your new password
- Click the "Save" button
- Under "Preferences":
- Customize your event Roster by Clicking "customize" and toggle on or off the information you would like to see in your Roster
- Set your Business Goal by setting a monthly sales target and track progress toward it.
- Under "Notifications"
- Configure when you want to receive email notifications
- Enable text notifications by clicking the "Enable text notification" button and typing in your phone number.
Your Business
- Once you have logged in, click “Settings"
- Select "Your Business"
- Under Business Info, edit:
- Business Name
- Business Type
- Under Appearance, edit:
- Business Logo
- Click "Customer Contact"
- Under Contact Details, edit:
- Business Phone Number
- Business Email Address
- Email Signature
- Click "Customer Credit"
- Under Account Credits Expiration, edit"
- Expiration date
- Under Referral Rewards, edit:
- Referral reward amount
- Expiration date
- Under Gift Card Expiration, edit:
Expiration date

Campaigns
- Once you have logged in, click “Settings"
- Click "Campaigns"
- Under Email campaigns, toggle:
- Reminder Emails
- Recover lost bookings
- Under Referral Rewards, toggle and edit:
- Referral reward amount
- The expiration date
- Under Generate Positive Reviews online, toggle, and edit:
- The URL where customers can place their feedback

Integrations
- Once you have logged in, click on “Settings" from the sidebar menu
- Select "Intergrations".
- Under Payment System,
- Connect to a payment gateway of choice by clicking "Activate ⚡" and follow the prompts

- Under Ad Tracking and Analytics, Click "Customize"
- Toggle the various data tracking tools to improve your marketing strategy by using campaign performance data
Advanced Settings
- Once you have logged in, click on “Settings" from the sidebar menu
- Select "Advanced Settings"
- Under Default Sales tax rate, edit:
- Sales Tax Rate in percent
- Under Fee markup toggle:
- A fixed percentage extra charge on the order total
- Under Calendar Collision, toggle:
- The switch that disables conflicting time slots shown to customers.
