Manage Attendees

In this article, you will see how Occasion can help you manage and track the information you are collecting on your customers.


View information about an attendee

  1. In your Occasion workspace, click on "Reports" from the sidebar menu and select the "Attendees" tab.
  2. You will be presented with a table listing all of your attendees. 
  3. To see details about a specific attendee you can either search for them by entering their name in the search box at the top of the page, or scroll down and look for the attendee in the table.

Export or print list of attendees

  1. In your Occasion workspace, click on "Reports" from the sidebar menu and select the "Attendees" tab.
  2. Click on the "Export Attendees" button from the top right side of the screen.
  3. Select the "Print" to print the list, or choose the format you'd like to export your attendee list in.

Edit attendee information

  1. In your Occasion workspace, click on "Reports" from the sidebar menu and select the "Attendees" tab.
  2. Find the specific attendee you are looking for by either searching for them from the search box at the top of the page, or by scrolling down the list.
  3. Click the "Show Order" button at the right side of the screen on the row showing the attendee's name.
  4. Scroll down to the "Attendees" section and click on "Edit Attendees" to make changes.
