Add and update account info

In this video you'll learn how to add or update your account information. These changes are done from the My Account page. To get to that page:

  1. Click on the gear icon from the top navigation
  2. Choose "My Account"

In the video below we will cover the following:

  • Add your company logo. This will appear on confirmation emails your customers receive.
  • Include sales tax rate. You can manually override this if needed for specific listings.
  • Add a monthly sales goal. Keep track of your sales.
  • Include a link to your Facebook page. Get more likes! This will include a link to your Facebook page on confirmation emails your customers receive.
  • Verify your time zone. This is important to ensure your events show at the right times.
