Redeem gift cards (video)

In this video you'll learn how to manually redeem a gift card on behalf of a customer.

How to redeem a gift card using the virtual terminal

  1. From the sidebar menu select "Gift Card".
  2. Find the gift card you'd like to redeem and click on the "Redeem" button.
  3. Enter the description and amount of the order under the "Virtual Terminal" section, then click on "Collect".
  4. Confirm your order and click on "Collect Payment"
