Manage Staff
You can easily grant and manage access to your Occasion Workspace for other members of your team.
Add a new team member
- Once you have logged in, click “Settings" on the sidebar menu.
- Click the "Manage Staff" tab.
- To add a new team member, click the “Add Staff Member” button in the top right corner.
- In the new pop-up window, enter the first and last name of the user as well as their email address.
- Below, you will notice each permission option listed, with a check box beside them. To save your progress, click "Save" at the bottom.
- An email is sent to the new user, inviting them to join your account. They will click a link, and enter a password to access your account.
- When a new team member has been added, their account status is set to “Unconfirmed” until they click the link in the invitation email and set up a username and password. Once they do that their account status changes from “Unconfirmed” to “Joined on mm/dd/yyyy”.
Edit team member permissions
- Once you have logged in, click “Settings" on the sidebar menu.
- Click on the "Manage Staff" tab. You will see all your team members listed on this page.
- You have the ability to give your team full or limited access to your account. Select the Pen Icon to the far right of each team member's name, under the column "Action." Select and/or deselect items you wish to grant or remove permissions to.
- Once done click "Save".
Note: Giving users access to Venues will enable them to edit, delete, and view orders for all Listings within that Venue. They will also receive email order confirmations for the assigned Listings.
Delete an existing team member
- Once you have logged in, click “Settings" on the sidebar menu.
- Click on the "Manage Staff" tab
- To the right of the person’s name, under the column "Action," you will see a Trash Icon, which will allow you to delete the user. Click this button to delete the team member.
- Be careful, as this action cannot be undone. However, you can always re-invite the user if necessary.
- Click "Save" to complete the procedure.
