In this article, we will answer some common questions about how billing works for your Occasion Workspace.


How does subscription billing work?

Occasion adopts a "calendar billing" approach to billing subscriptions. Here's how it works.

  • Say you purchased your account (or your renewal date) on Jan 15, 2024.
  • Your first subscription period will be Jan 15 - Jan 31, 2024. And, your second subscription period will be Feb 1 - Feb 29, 2024.
  • Your first subscription will be pro-rated to a reduced amount, and your second subscription will be the full amount.

Will I get notified before my subscription is renewed?

Monthly billing renewal notifications are sent automatically 15 days prior to renewal.


How can I obtain invoices for my monthly billings?

Go to Settings from the sidebar menu > Billing > Manage Account > Invoices Tab. Here you can view and download invoices, year-to-date, and pay any unpaid or past due invoices if noted under the "Status" column.


How can I change my credit card information?
