What is a Waitlist and how does it work for you?
The waitlist in Occasion is an exciting feature that allows customers to join a waiting list when a class or event is fully booked. Instead of missing out entirely, they can add their contact details to the waitlist form for a sold-out time slot and will be notified by you, the partner, when a spot becomes available.
How to Opt-In?
Great news! All accounts will now automatically include a Waitlist for specific time slots of an event that are sold out.
How to disable waitlist on Events
You can easily switch your listings to private to hide the waitlist.
