Managing Gift Cards

With Occasion's Gift Cards feature, you can easily sell Gift Cards (or Gift Certificates) online and manage them from your Occasion account.

In this article, we will show you how to:

• Check status and balances of a Gift Card
• Resend, Set New Expiration, or Refund Gift Card code
• Cancel a Gift Card

Check status and balances of a Gift Card

1. After logging into your account, Click "Reports" in the top menu navigation and from the drop-down select "Gift Cards".
2. In this report, you can see all the gift cards that have been sold,  value  remaining and  which  Gift Cards have been fully redeemed.
3. Click "Show Gift Card" and you can see the history of the Gift Card.

Resend, Set New Expiration, or Refund Gift Card code

1. After logging into your account, click "Reports" in the top menu navigation and from the drop-down select "Gift Cards".
2. Search for the Gift Card Code and click "Show Gift Card"
3. Here, you can simply click on the button in the top right corner of the page to Resend Code, Set New Expiration Date, or Refund the Gift Card.

Cancel a Gift Card

You can simply cancel the order and the Gift Card will be cancelled as well.
