Sell Gift Cards For Your Skating Rink

Looking to offer gift cards for your skating rink? Gift cards are a fantastic way to let your customers share the excitement of skating with friends and family!

Create Your Gift Card

  1. Log in to your Occasion workspace and select "Listings" from the sidebar menu.
  2. Click on "My Templates" and then select “Create listing” using the template titled “Gift Card Template.”
  3. This will direct you to the gift card listing editor.

Enter Basic Gift Card Information

Start by filling in the essential details for your gift card, such as its name and description.

  1. Gift Card Name: Enter a descriptive name that conveys what the gift card is for (e.g., "Skate Into Fun Gift Card").
  2. Gift Card Description: Describe what the gift card can be used for, such as skating sessions, skate rentals, or special events, and highlight its value to the recipient.

Set Gift Card Pricing

Ensure your gift card pricing is clear and straightforward.

  1. While in the listing editor, scroll down and click on "Add pricing question."
  2. Select "Dropdown > Pricing" and enter "Select Gift Card Value" as the title.
  3. Add various denominations (e.g., $20, $50, $100) and their corresponding prices.
  4. Click "Save" to confirm your pricing options.

Upload Images

Showcase your rink by adding fun and engaging images!

  1. Click on the "Image" tab from the options panel.
  2. Click "Upload Images" to add photos that represent your skating rink, activities, or experiences gift card recipients can enjoy.
  3. Select high-quality images that capture the excitement of skating, such as skaters in action or festive rink events..You can also use stock images from Unsplash if needed.

Set Gift Card Expiration

If applicable in your region, set an expiration date for your gift cards.

  1. Go to your “Account Settings” > “Your Business” and select “Credit.”
  2. Set the number of days after which a gift card will expire.
